Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When purchasing products from or selling devises to ApplePro, you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.
ApplePro reserves the right to refuse service to any person and/or legal entity who fails to agree and/or comply with these terms and conditions.
Wallet
Funds can be added to your wallet at any given time . Wallet credits can be used for purchases on our website . Funds added to your wallet is non refundable and can only be used for purchases on www.applepro.co.za
Delivery
Delivery/Courier is charged at a flat rate of R100 . We do not offer collections unfortunately
Pre-Owned Products
All Pre-owned products are inspected and tested to ensure they are in full working order.
All Pre-owned products comes with a 3 month guarantee
3 Month guarantee
In case of any functional defect arising during the covered period, ApplePro will repair the unit or, as alternative if repairs are not possible , offer a replacement unit of similar specification and equal value.
In all circumstances, physical damage voids all Guarantee. Your guarantee does not cover damage resulting from impact, water damage or customer negligence
Lay-by
The customer agrees to pay for the device over a period of three months , six months for devices over R10 000 . The total purchase price must be paid in full within 3/6 months . A minimum deposit of 25% of the total price of the device is required at the time of layby initiation . If the customer is still within the layby period and not able to make payments further , the client has an option to take a device to the value of payments made to date or request an extension on the layby period . We offer no refunds whatsoever . If the layby is not completed within the agreed period , the customer risks losing the goods and any payments made . ApplePro is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods while on layby.
Returns
The device must be returned at the cost of the consumer . For all returns of certified pre-owned products, ApplePro will only replace the device if it cannot be fixed. If the device cannot be fixed or replaced, we will provide a full refund.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to cover all collection/courier fees . All costs associated with returns are non-refundable.
ApplePro accepts no responsibility if we do not receive the returned device.
Exchanges
ApplePro will only exchange a device if it is deemed to be defective or blacklisted. For all queries relating to returns please email info@applepro.co.za
Blacklisting
ApplePro operates a strict policy relating to stolen phones. If a traded in device is found to be stolen, we reserve the right to take further action.
We have procedures in place to ensure that the devices we sell are not stolen or blacklisted. In the event that the device that you purchase from ApplePro is blacklisted you would need to send the blacklisted device back to us , once received , we will replace the device within 7 working days , if we unable to source the same device we will do a full refund
This policy does not apply to blacklisted devices that are returned in an unusable condition which includes but is not limited to;
- The device has been repaired
- the device has been damaged as a result of user negligence or inadequate care
- the device has been damaged as a result of electrical surges
- the device is returned without the original box
- the device is returned without proof of purchase.
Repairs & upgrades
If any repairs or upgrades are required, unless otherwise communicated, the longest period that we will store your device at our premises is 60 days. In the event that your upgraded or repaired device is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to sell the device without compensation.
Customer Privacy policy
ApplePro shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Responsibility
ApplePro takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and ApplePro chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
